The Citizen Advocacy Auckland Board of Management periodically undertakes an external Standards for Citizen Advocacy Program Evaluation (CAPE) designed by John O’Brien and Wolf Wolfensberger. The evaluation is based on the framework for implementing Citizen Advocacy and maintaining the principles of the programme.
